ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in March 2009 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the mortgage, title, and home equity industries, giving me a strong background in helping people navigate important financial decisions. I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, married my high school sweetheart, and love spending time at my kids’ sporting events.

I’m very involved in our local school community and athletics. I’ve coached middle school cheer for more than six years and enjoy supporting our local high school sports programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Becki Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
