Golf Services Agent Location: Truckee, CA, US Shift Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Job Summary Duties include providing seamless service at various golf course touch points: valet area, golf cart staging, practice areas, and the golf course itself. Services include meeting and greeting guests, cleaning guest golf clubs and carts, starting play, and monitoring pace of play. Guest Services are critical to creating positive first and last impressions. Job Responsibilities Use resort radio for professional communication with other golf employees. Work effectively as part of a team and pay attention to detail. L lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds, such as fully equipped golf bags, large boxes or trash/recycling. Job Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license – required. Effective and professional communication in English – required. Previous guest service experience and excellent guest service skills – required. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays – required. Ability to work the entire season – required. Wear company-provided uniform while working, kept pressed/ironed – required. Availability for an in‑person interview – required. Golf experience – preferred. Compensation Expected pay range: $20.00/hr – $22.19/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
