About The Role As our Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the ultimate brand ambassador. You don’t just answer phones; you curate a 5-star guest experience. Whether you’re greeting a high-level executive, managing a global switchboard, or ensuring our conference rooms are "camera-ready," you are the glue that holds our professional environment together. We are looking for a high-energy, polished professional who thrives on variety and takes pride in being the "go-to" person for both guests and employees. What You’ll Do Master of First Impressions: Greet all visitors with warmth, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security protocols (NDAs) are followed seamlessly. Communication Hub: Route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with absolute discretion and a "business-first" attitude. Access Control: Gatekeeper for facility security, issuing badges and managing access cards with meticulous detail. Operational Support: Cross-trained in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running at peak performance. Event & Meeting Support: From ordering catering to setting up conference rooms, ensure every meeting goes smoothly. Workspace Steward: Maintain reception, barista, and pantry areas as needed to keep them clean, organized, and stocked. Who You Are Customer-obsessed: You are driven by client satisfaction and have a can-do mindset. A natural professional: Polished appearance, strong English communication skills, and composure under pressure. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with multi-line phone systems, PC/Mac environments, MS Office, and standard office equipment. Detail-oriented: You notice small issues and address them proactively. The Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1–3 years in Reception, Concierge, or high-end Retail/Hospitality preferred. Physical agility: Capable of walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. Reliability: Punctual and ready to own your assigned work hours. Why Join Our Team?
