Job Description
The Elementary Assistant Principal is a key member of the school leadership team who supports the Principal by managing specific departments and contributing to the overall leadership and operational success of the school. This role focuses on fostering a safe and productive learning environment while supporting staff, students, and parents.
Responsibilities
- Manage student discipline to promote positive behavior and school culture
- Supervise and support staff to enhance teaching effectiveness
- Assist with curriculum support to ensure academic standards are met
- Communicate regularly with parents to address concerns and provide updates
- Oversee school safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
- Coordinate daily school operations for efficient functioning
- Analyze student and school data to inform decision-making
- Provide support to students to encourage academic and personal growth
Preferred Qualifications
- State Principal Certification
