Maintenance Manager

The Mechanical Maintenance Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing industrial mechanical maintenance operations, including hydraulic systems, pumps, and repairs. The position requires skills in precision maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation, and the manager leads teams to ensure efficient and safe execution of all mechanical duties. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of industrial mechanical maintenance. Lead teams in performing maintenance and repair duties, including measurements, layouts, fabrication, installations, and repairs. Ensure precision maintenance standards are followed and documented correctly. Provide guidance to less experienced mechanics, especially when troubleshooting issues. May serve as a member of the client's Industrial Fire Team to mitigate risks. Required Qualifications and Skills An Associate's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., four years) is typically required. Proficiency with industrial maintenance tasks, such as working with hydraulic systems, pumps, alignment, rigging, and pipefitting. Ability to work independently on routine tasks, following instructions, drawings, and procedures. Strong documentation and feedback skills.
