Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in routine staff meetings, collaborative group supervision, and one-on-one sessions with your clinical supervisor to discuss client progress and treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs, allowing for targeted and effective treatment programming.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that encompass individual counseling, group therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.

• Provide teletherapy sessions as an option for clients, enhancing accessibility for those who may have mobility hindrances or geographical limitations.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Actively participate in continuing education opportunities to stay informed of new research, methodologies, and practices in the field of family and marriage therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele that may include individuals facing addiction, anxiety, trauma, couples seeking relationship improvement, as well as families needing support through challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid and current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
