- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Java development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/MySQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Any internships or relevant academic projects involving Java development.
