Spa Sales Manager / Retail Sales Manager
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa — Hollywood is hiring a Spa Manager to own the spa's performance — membership growth, sales, team, and daily operations. This is a numbers job with a people job attached. You will own membership conversion, outbound calling, appointment volume, and retention, and you will build and coach the team that delivers them. If you like being on the floor during peak hours, reading your reports every morning, and holding people to a standard, you will do well here.
We are a family-owned, three-location Hand & Stone franchise group in Broward County — Weston, Hollywood, and Sunrise-Sawgrass. You will work directly with the owner, and you will see your decisions show up in the numbers within a week. We are growing and we promote from within.
Uncapped monthly performance bonus tied to membership conversion and appointment goals. Our structure pays on improvement, not just absolute results, so a strong operator earns from month one.
