What You'll Do

As our Med Spa Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and ensuring our clients receive the best care possible. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving new client acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts. - Making daily outbound calls and following up with prospective and existing clients. - Promptly responding to new leads, online inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and no-shows. - Conducting sales consultations and recommending tailored treatments, packages, and memberships. - Converting incoming leads into booked appointments. - Re-engaging past clients to encourage repeat visits. - Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience. - Collaborating with providers and front desk staff to maximize the schedule and identify sales opportunities. - Maintaining accurate records of leads and client follow-ups. - Helping achieve monthly sales, booking, and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated professional with the following qualifications: - Previous medical spa experience is required. - A strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Knowledge of common aesthetic treatments, procedures, and products. - Comfort with making a high volume of outbound sales and follow-up calls. - Excellent communication, consultation, and closing skills. - Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. - Ability to build trust and provide an exceptional client experience. - Experience selling aesthetic treatments, packages, and memberships is strongly preferred. - Management or leadership experience within a medical spa is a plus.
