Milnes Ford, Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preowned Sales Manager to join our team in Lapeer, MI. In this role, you will lead and oversee the sales of our preowned vehicle inventory, driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise in sales management and passion for the automotive industry will be essential in achieving our dealership’s goals and maintaining our excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the preowned sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline vehicle preparation and delivery processes.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in preowned vehicle sales.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering superior service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
