Seeking an experienced educational professional to provide critical support as a Paraprofessional with responsibilities specific to ARD facilitation. Based near Phoenix, AZ, this full-time, contract opportunity is designated for onsite services only. As an integral part of a collaborative educational environment, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance, fostering effective communication, and championing the individual needs of students by guiding the IEP process from creation to evaluation.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Special Education Teaching License or Certificate required
• IVP Fingerprint Card (current and valid) is mandatory
• Proven experience as a Paraprofessional or ARD Facilitator in a school setting
• In-depth knowledge of IEP compliance procedures and special education law
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations
• Oversee the referral process, conducting placement and evaluation conferences, and supporting students’ educational needs
• Facilitate clear communication between multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and parents, serving as a vital liaison
• Coordinate and deliver staff development related to curriculum and compliance best practices
• Maintain detailed and accurate records for compliance reviews and reporting
