The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef who combines strong culinary technique with team leadership, organization, and a passion for exceptional food. You'll work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards, lead daily kitchen operations, and foster a positive, professional kitchen culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead line operations and maintain consistency, quality, and precision during service.
• Execute pasta and grill stations with strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Manage inventory, ordering, product tracking, and waste reduction.
• Oversee invoicing and coordinate with vendors.
• Support menu execution, preparation, and quality control in partnership with the Executive Chef.
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members.
• Maintain a respectful, collaborative kitchen environment while performing effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working pasta and grill stations in a professional kitchen.
• Hands-on knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and invoicing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to culinary excellence, consistency, and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven restaurant environment.
