Business Development Rep - Commission Eligible

This position is a non-exempt full-time position located in McHenry, IL. The pay for this position is $20 per hour which is equivalent to $41,600 annually along with bonus eligibility. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 remote days (Wednesday & Friday). About the Role As a Sales Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate new leads, build strong relationships with clients, and close deals. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships with clients. Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities. Close deals and achieve sales targets. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the technology industry. Experience with CRM software. MBA or advanced degree in a related field. Skills Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and close deals. Maintain high level of organization and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities. Strategic thinking and execution of sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and experience in the technology industry will be beneficial.
