This role will work closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, community partners, patients, and families to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate referrals./ppThis is a good fit for someone who is comfortable in the field, enjoys professional outreach, understands healthcare referral development, and can represent hospice services with warmth, confidence, and credibility./ppstrongQualifications/strong/pulliMinimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare required./liliHospice, palliative care, home health, senior living, hospital, post-acute, or related healthcare experience strongly preferred./liliHealthcare service sales experience required; outside referral development experience is strongly preferred./liliBachelors degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of degree./liliProven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sources./liliStrong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills./liliComfortable working independently in the field while staying connected to the broader team./liliPrior clinical experience is a plus, but not required./liliReliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance required./li/ulpThis is an excellent opportunity for hospice or healthcare sales professionals who want to be part of a mission-driven team, build meaningful referral relationships, and make a real difference for patients and families across the North Houston market./p/div
