Job Title: Mechanical Technician Location: Midland, Texas, USA Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive Mechanical Technician to join a leading company in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring on-time delivery of equipment, improving maintenance efficiency, and enhancing people productivity. Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and comply with the reliability-centered maintenance strategy.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials, supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Support efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tractor and trailer maintenance.
- Experience diagnosing electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical deficiencies using diagnostic tools.
- Experience conducting road calls in a provided facility vehicle.
- Preferred 2 years of oil & gas industry experience.
- Familiarity with CAT ET, Cummins Insight, Davie Software, Service Ranger software, HVAC preferred.
- Hourly Pay Rate: ETT/MTT - ***; ET1/MT1 - ***; ET2/MT2 - ***; ET3/MT3 - ***
- Tool allowance provided.
- Housing and meals provided by the man camp.
- Mileage reimbursement up to 300 miles after completing Light Vehicle Training.
