Material Handler

Warehouse AssociateThe Material Handler receives, processes, and moves electronic devices and materials throughout a climate-controlled warehouse using RF scanners and material handling equipment. This role supports the full lifecycle of electronics handling, including receiving, sorting, staging, light assembly, refurbishment support, and outbound shipping. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality and safety procedures, and effective collaboration with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, scan, and process electronic devices using RF scanners.Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Move inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and material handling equipment.Pick, pack, and ship products accurately.Sort, unpackage, and stage electronics for testing, repair, or refurbishment.Assist with light assembly, cleaning, and refurbishment of devices.Support testing of consumer electronics when needed.Build boxes, label shipments, and prepare products for shipping.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.Follow quality, safety, and data-handling procedures.Keep work areas clean and organized.Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.Perform general warehouse and material handling duties.Required Skills & ExperienceWarehouse, material handling, or production experience.Experience using RF scanners.Ability to load/unload trucks and move materials safely.Picking, packing, and shipping experience.Comfortable handling consumer electronics.Ability to perform light assembly and refurbishment tasks.Experience building boxes and preparing shipments.Basic inventory control and cycle count experience.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.Preferred QualificationsExperience testing consumer electronics.General labor or warehouse production experience.Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and packaging processes.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Good organizational and inventory management skills.Work EnvironmentClimate-controlled warehouse in Fenton, MO.Clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace.Use of: RF scanners, pallet jacks, material handling equipment.Physical work involving: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive tasks.ScheduleMonday to Friday6:00 AM - 2:45 PMIncludes: 45-minute lunch, two 15-minute breaksWhy Join?Positive and team-oriented work environment.Monthly employee appreciation events (BBQs, ice cream socials, etc.).Supportive company culture.Stable warehouse opportunity with electronics handling experience.Opportunity to build skills in inventory, shipping, receiving, and device processingJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fenton, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.00/hr.
