APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting manufacturing company looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their already amazing team! Their primary responsibility will be troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Keep reading for more details!

Schedule:
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
- Monday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
This unique schedule allows employees to enjoy weekdays off while still working full-time hours!
What your day will look like:
- Diagnose and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Install and replace machine components and defective parts
- Perform minor welding, rebuilding, and equipment repairs
- Support facility maintenance including minor plumbing, painting, and fixture repairs
- Maintain equipment inventories and spare parts stock
- Train production employees on routine maintenance and equipment care
- Complete maintenance reports and document repairs
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow lockout/tagout procedures
What we are looking for:
- Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and diagnose equipment issues
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Technical certifications or Industrial Maintenance education are a plus
- PLC, Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronics experience is highly preferred for advanced-level technicians
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and remain active throughout the shift
