Activity Assistant
Optalis Healthcare (Health & Rehabilitation Centers)
The Grand of Dublin is currently seeking a Fulltime Activity Assistant to join our team. Optalis Healthcare offers great benefits, Health, Dental, Vision, life insurance and a generous PTO plan. We also have same day pay available. Directs activities functions to ensure activities for ambulatory, non-ambulatory and bed-bound residents. Records activity programs and participation of individual residents and identifying progress toward established care plan goals. Follows written activities policies and procedures. Distribute monthly calendar of events and/or monthly newsletter. Assist with community trips/outings. Prepare room, equipment and supplies prior to each activity and clean up after the activity is completed. Encourage residents and families to participate in activities.
