Technical Associate II

Pay Range: $21.65 - $28.89The primary resonsibilities of the function include the installation and repair of company computer systems. The incumbent works from standard configurations, maintaining, troubleshooting, upgrading and replacing hardware and software. Performs a variety of standardized tasks under direction of supervisor.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED, College education desired but not required2 years of technology support experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceA+ Certification or equivalent requiredHDI Support Center Analyst Certificate, HDI Desktop Support Technician Certificate or equivalent requiredSkills and Abilities:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.Strong PC skills in a Windows environment.Familiarity with a variety of I.T. concepts, practices and procedures.Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:May be required to work nights and/or weekends.
