Salary: $24-$25/ hr
The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR Manager and VP of Talent & Culture. This role assists with organizing HR processes, supporting onboarding activities, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
This position has visibility into confidential information and requires professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to help build structure and organization within a growing department.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation
- Support organization of employee records and HR files
- Respond to general employee inquiries and escalate as appropriate
- Assist with tracking required employment documentation
- Provide administrative support across HR initiatives as assigned
Department & Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing HR folders, systems, and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and VP of Talent & Culture
- Help coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal communications
- Provide front desk coverage and perform receptionist duties as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in HR support, office administration, or related role
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate workplace boundaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
Reporting Structure
This position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the VP of Talent & Culture.
