Facilities & Property ManagerEmployment Status: Full-Time, Benefits EligibleReports To: CEOPosition Overview:The Facilities & Property Manager is responsible for the physical condition, operational reliability, and day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio spanning industrial, light industrial, and retail assets. This role owns building systems, preventative maintenance, capital repair projects, vendor/contractor oversight, and life-safety compliance — with property management functions (tenant relations, lease administration support, basic financial reporting) layered on top of a strong facilities foundation.This is a hands-on, in-the-field role suited for someone who knows how buildings work — HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, life safety, site conditions — and can also manage tenant relationships and light commercial property operations as the portfolio scales.About Gymreapers:At Gymreapers, we make gear with a purpose and focus on material integrity.
