Production Operator - Formulator Full Time FLORIDA, Lakeland, FL, US Able to drive the forklift, jockey, and semi-trailer, all in-house only. Be prepared to begin work at the designated start time. Know, follow, and understand all company, job, and safety procedures, training, and policies, including ISO procedures, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and SDS for right to know. Perform the essential functions of this position. Safely conduct operations and identify and report any potential safety hazards to a Shift Leader, HS&E Coordinator, or other management personnel. Wear all required personal protective equipment. Treat other employees with dignity and respect. Maintain a clean, “tour-ready” work area. Ask questions to develop a clear understanding of training. Follow verbal instructions and retain and act on learned knowledge. Be motivated to work and willing to ask questions for further understanding of the job. Work overtime as required to support the continuity of operations at the plant. Perform any related duties as directed by the Operations Leader or the Production Shift Leader. Attend meetings, including safety, communications, benefits, educational, and team meetings. Transfer formulated products to drums, label them, and complete required paperwork. Gain an understanding of the production schedule and processes and how they relate to work assignments and special instructions. Continue to attend meetings such as safety, communications, benefits, training, and other team meetings. Be able to see computer screen information and perform accurate keyboarding to perform this job. Keep equipment and tools neat and put them back in their rightful place. Perform housekeeping while on the job and check to make sure all is cleaned as work is performed. Receive approval for hose change and notify leadership of any mechanical or plant-related issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
