Job Description
The Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children aged 12 to 24 months. This role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate curriculum while managing a small class size with up to 6 children. Supporting children’s development through attentive supervision, behavior guidance, and clear communication with parents is essential. Administrative support is available to aid in daily classroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for toddlers
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe learning environment
- Supervise and support children's behavior and social development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and needs
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure child well-being at all times
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in early childhood education
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles
- Classroom management skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Patience and creativity in engaging young children
- Ability to work effectively in a team
