We're a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic that focuses on personalized, one-on-one care. Because we're a smaller practice, every team member makes a real impact!

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll work alongside our licensed Physical Therapists to help patients recover, move better, and get back to doing what they love.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on manual therapy, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, and stretching.
• Guiding patients through their individualized exercise programs while ensuring proper form and safety.
• Documenting treatments and patient progress accurately using WebPT.
• Encouraging and motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Working as part of a fun, supportive team

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current Florida PTA License
• Experience with WebPT or similar EMR systems preferred
• Strong manual therapy skills
• Great communication and people skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Monday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM OR 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

No weekends!
