Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs to formulate tailored therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Leverage evidence-based interventions that promote patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living capabilities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in mastering therapy modalities to support continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes, modifying treatment as necessary to keep patients aligned with their recovery goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Pursuit of continuing education or advanced certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
