What You’ll Do* Drive new business growth by partnering with account and practice leaders to pursue opportunities, build pipeline, and secure MSAs* Build and manage relationships with clients, decision makers, and alliance partners to expand Slalom's presence* Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and account strategy using Slalom sales tools and cross-team collaboration* Support overall sales success by activating networks, hosting events, mentoring sellers, and consistently delivering against quotaWhat You’ll Bring* 10-15+ years of experience in a direct sales/business development role with a focus on growth in the consulting industry, with a strong preference for experience selling into the retail, consumer goods and hospitality sectors* Proven ability to sell and shape complex professional services engagements within Fortune 500 organizations* Consistent history of originating, closing new business, and exceeding sales targets while building C-suite relationships* Strong business acumen with creativity, curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex pursuits and self-motivateAbout UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Sales Executive role and Sr Sales Executive role are $112,000-$166,000 and $132,000-$197,000, respectively. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
