More time advising clients, less time prospecting Consistent pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities Proven systems and support to drive steady deal flow What You'll Do Engage with inbound inquiries and follow up diligently via phone, voicemail, text, and email Consult with clients to understand their financial situation and recommend the right loan product Guide clients through the full origination process with clear communication and consistent follow-through Maintain accurate CRM activity in HubSpot and manage your pipeline with discipline Earn 5-star reviews as a standard part of every closed transaction Onboarding, Training & Career Path New Loan Officers complete a structured first month of onboarding and Griffin Funding University (GFU) , including a final assessment. A 90-day probationary period includes regular coaching and clear performance expectations. Loan Officers who consistently exceed funding standards will be reviewed for promotion to Senior Loan Officer (at the discretion of the VP of Production), unlocking past client leads, Chili Piper appointments, direct ISA transfers, and priority inbound ring group placement.
