Registered Nurse - Wound Care (Outpatient/Inpatient)

San Dimas Community Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct wound care in the outpatient clinic and evaluate inpatient wounds. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to adjust treatment plans and respond to changing patient conditions. The role requires an active RN license, BCLS certification, and preference for prior acute care and wound care experience.
