Responsibilities
- Assess and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans; document progress in required records.
- Conduct bedside evaluations and participate in interdisciplinary rounds with nursing, rehab, and other staff.
- Provide caregiver and family education on strategies to support communication and swallowing safety.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, patient privacy regulations, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements
- Active Montana state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Experience in long-term care or acute care settings preferred
- Ability to work a 36-hour per week schedule, with days shift
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
