Business Analyst

ALEX – Alternative Experts is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Office of Small Business Programs OSBP industrial and data analysis, program performance monitoring, strategic planning, and annual small business goal setting. This role produces weekly small business achievement reports, semiannual subcontracting achievement reports, and analytic insights to drive data-informed decisions across DHA acquisitions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables) and data visualization (Power BI or equivalent).
• Knowledge of federal procurement, small business programs, and performance measurement.
• Strong writing skills for reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
• Experience with DHA or DoD environments and small business metrics.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and social media analytics.
• SQL or scripting skills a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a business, economics, or analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of analytic experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

In order to comply with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, we reasonably believe the pay range for this position is $57,400 - $67,400. Multiple factors are taken into account with any offer of employment by ALEX, including experience, education, and skills.
