- Assist practices with integrating laboratory testing into existing clinical workflows and provide hands-on support during initial patient testing when appropriate.
- Ensure practices have the necessary supplies, educational materials, training resources, and implementation support for a successful launch.
- Follow up with newly implemented accounts to assess adoption, identify barriers, and address workflow, specimen, ordering, training, or other implementation issues.
- Provide refresher training and ongoing support as needed and assist with transitioning accounts to routine operational support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinical staff while serving as a trusted clinical resource.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal Sales, Laboratory Operations, Client Services, Billing/Reimbursement, and technical teams.
- Communicate implementation status, risks, challenges, and follow-up needs to appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-implementation discussions, sales meetings, conferences, customer events, clinical education programs, and national product or program launches as needed.
- Assist with the development and improvement of training materials, implementation guides, checklists, and other clinical resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate customer and field feedback to internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong organization and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing circumstances in the field.
