Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical, commercially minded, and performance-driven Paid Search Media Buyer to build, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across our expanding e-commerce brand portfolio under a full-time, long-term B2B contract engagement framework. Operating as an elite Google Ads engineer, you will step up to claim direct account health, performance scaling, and conversion tracking accountability over multiple concurrent client setups. Shifting completely away from routine organic content writing, basic administrative spreadsheet filing, or generic local lead generation, you will run an active demand capture, bidding automation, and marketing data auditing laboratory—partnering face-to-face with Growth Strategists, Creative Directors, and brand founders. This position requires an e-commerce acquisition specialist with 3+ years of agency history who scales multi-channel setups fluidly natively using Google Ads tools, evaluates conversion economics cleanly to defend target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and directs cross-platform attribution modeling confidently across modern digital storefronts.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ecosystem Campaign Engineering: Build, manage, and scale high-yield paid acquisition infrastructures across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen networks.
- Account Hygiene and Structuring: Conduct thorough account audits and strategic structural updates to optimize keyword targeting, audience layering, budget mapping, and automated bidding behaviors cleanly natively utilizing Google Ads best practices.
- Data and Attribution Telemetry: Analyze complex data flows across Google Ads, GA4, Shopify logs, and multi-touch attribution engines to formulate proactive growth and risk-mitigation roadmaps.
- Structured Growth Experimentation: Architect rigorous conversion optimization testing matrices across landing pages, ad assets, target audiences, and messaging hooks based on documented commercial hypotheses.
- AI Integration and Optimization: Deploy generative AI tools and platform-native script automations to maximize daily asset production, streamline monitoring pipelines, and push delivery speed.
- Portfolio Metric Alignment: Keep portfolio performance strictly aligned with core unit economic KPIs, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), New-Customer ROAS (NC-ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Average Order Value (AOV).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of verified professional history directly managing conversion-focused Google Ads accounts for e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.
- Proven background overseeing six- and seven-figure annual advertising budgets with clear, positive commercial scaling outcomes.
- Masterful platform mechanics across Google Search architecture, Google Shopping configurations, and modern Performance Max systems.
- Extensive experience working within a high-growth performance agency or inside a rapidly expanding digital D2C brand setup.
- Deep analytical fluency with contemporary e-commerce software environments, specifically including Shopify backends, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and GA4 analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving capacities matched with clear, sharp written and verbal communication skills.
- Engagement Location Parameters: Position is structured as an autonomous B2B contractor layout, accepting candidates residing permanently within Romania, Greece, India, Pakistan, Philippines, or Sri Lanka .
