Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/D/V Position Summary MFort Security Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This role begins part-time with strong potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities. You will play an essential role in our recruitment process — managing job postings, interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring our records and calendars stay up to date. Key Responsibilities Conduct recruitment tasks including phone and in-person interviews Maintain and update the interview calendar and candidate pipeline Manage and post job listings across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.) Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hires Assist with uniform fittings and employee file setup during onboarding Organize and assemble employee personnel files Keep all job postings and recruitment records current Provide weekly recruitment updates for team meetings Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hires Assist with uniform fittings during onboarding Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition High school diploma or GED required Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain) Strong computer and administrative skills Excellent communication and organization abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule & Compensation: Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: 5320 W Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60630 Pay Range: $47,000-55,000 annually At MFort Security Services, we value teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
