Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab) or Pain Management Once a month visit Pay Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit #J-18808-Ljbffr Comprehensive Rehab Consultants
