What You’ll Do 1.)Client Development & Growth Prospect and develop new client partnerships through outbound calls, meetings, and networking Learn client businesses and hiring needs to deliver consultative solutions Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat hiring and referrals Track activity and opportunities in CRM and manage your sales pipeline 2.)Talent Recruiting & Relationship Management Source, interview, and build relationships with professional-level candidates Match talent to client needs using skill assessment and career coaching Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs 3.)Placement & Account Management Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients and candidates Follow up after placements to ensure satisfaction and long-term success Identify opportunities to add value and expand partnerships What Success Looks Like in This Role Consistently achieving outbound activity and client engagement goals Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of active clients and candidates Making successful placements and growing repeat business Earning trust as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates This is a performance-based role where effort, relationships, and consistency directly impact your results and income. Who We’re Looking For: Must-Have Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer or sales-oriented mindset (retail, inside sales, account management, recruiting, or business development all translate well) Comfortable with outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations Organized, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities Nice-to-Have Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience B2B sales or account management experience CRM or applicant tracking system experience Bachelor’s degree (helpful, not required) We care more about drive, coachability, and people skills than a perfect résumé.
