Job Description

In the context of the reimbursement of its solution Odysight , Tilak Healthcare is evolving its process to enable the billing of its application use with the National Health Insurance and complementary organizations (mutuals), for patients with chronic maculopathies.

The billing concerns approximately 15,000 patients per month and requires complete automation of the flows (AMO / AMC), without manual processing. The first technical bricks have been developed by the business unit. The system must now be challenged, made reliable, and piloted in the long term.

The missions

You are a key player in the billing and revenue recognition process. At the interface between the product, technical, and finance teams, your role is to pilot, make reliable, and optimize the automated billing infrastructure to ensure the performance and scalability of the reimbursement flows:

• Challenge the existing architecture with the senior developer
• Supervise the daily run of the billing flows
• Analyze and reduce rejections (AMO / AMC)
• Implement automated controls and follow-up dashboards
• Document the processes and ensure traceability
• Anticipate regulatory and volumetric changes

Strategic issues

• Reliability of billing flows and continuity of operations
• Reduction of rejections and optimization of reimbursement deadlines
• Regulatory compliance and future developments
• Scalability of the system with increasing volumes
• Organizational structuring of a critical cross-functional flow

Profile Sought

• Education: generalist engineering school or analytical business school
• Technical skills: SQL, understanding of APIs, advanced Excel
• Qualities: rigor, analytical mind, attention to detail, autonomy, ability to work across departments
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in internships and apprenticeships (startup SaaS, fintech, insurtech, healthtech, consulting)
• Strong appetite for tools, information systems, and processing large volumes of data
