The role involves working closely with fellow technicians, engineers, and production leaders to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include assembling products and test fixtures, documenting findings, maintaining production equipment and work areas, supporting process improvements, and assisting with quality control activities. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting materials as needed, and working in a hands-on production setting where attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality are critical to success.
