- 7+ years of general contracting experience
- Experience with multiple trades Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry
- Foundations through roofing
- Site and foundation estimating
- Concrete, Civil, Steel, Roofing, Drywall, MEP
- Excellent software estimating skills
- Stable employment history
