Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor

Basic Qualifications 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies. Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application. The Work The selected candidate will be a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of Non-Exempt (20+) employees within the conformal coating area. Position responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the team, managing personnel, staffing, schedule compliance, and continuous improvement activities. Who You Are You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly process.
