Inside Sales Representative

Red Cap is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll build relationships with customers, identify their needs, provide product solutions, and help drive sales from initial contact through order completion.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by achieving sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Work closely with the outside sales team and other departments to support customers.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and identify additional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or sales experience in the trades preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM or sales software is a plus.
