The sky is your limit Pay Rate: $29.50USDGross hourly Job Description Reporting to the Director of Catering & Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Actively support the Conference Services and Catering Managers. Prompt response to client inquiries Comprehensive management of Opera S&C Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance Create, complete and update Banquet Event Orders, work with Managers and Clients for event details Qualifications Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Superior interpersonal skills Result oriented and highly motivated Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
