AI Solutions Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• We look for a proven track record of building and maintaining production-ready software with clear modular structure, such as separate services for parsing, logic handling, and reporting.
• We need strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, along with experience using SQL databases.
• We expect practical experience developing for live, non-simulated environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
• We value exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
• Preferred experience includes designing multi-stage coordination workflows where data collection leads to well-reasoned outputs.
• Experience integrating agents with live tools like Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs is a strong advantage.
• Comfort working with persistent state and session tracking through MEMORY.md is a plus.
• We also value experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

• We will train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that helps improve AI agents.
• We will collaborate with leading AI organizations to develop Large Language Models that can operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
• We will contribute to teaching these systems how to design, coordinate, and refine complex architectural workflows in real-world settings.
• We will support the improvement of autonomous agent behavior through detailed technical evaluation and feedback.
• We may work on orchestration-heavy projects or software-focused tasks depending on our background and expertise.
