Human Resources Generalist (contract)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a well-rounded Human Resources Generalist for a contract assignment of up to 12 weeks. This role supports approximately 300 employees and provides hands-on assistance with recruiting, employee relations, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including candidate screening, interviews, scheduling, offers, and compensation discussions
• Partner with managers on staffing needs and employee relations matters
• Assist with recruiting events, onboarding, compliance, and HR projects
• Support performance management, employee development, compensation, benefits, and engagement programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Progressive HR generalist experience with recruiting, employee relations, employment law, and organizational development
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and recruiting systems; SuccessFactors experience preferred
• PHR or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Position Details

• Contract Pay: $35-$40 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with flexibility to adjust hours as needed
• Hybrid: In office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; remote Mondays and Fridays
• Interview Process: Video interview, with a possible in-person follow-up

• Candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
