Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Operate digital production printers and envelope inserters to print, prepare, and process high-volume mailings under strict turnaround schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform digital printing on production-class printers and operate high-speed paper-folding/inserting equipment.
• Verify print job accuracy against documentation, apply postage, and log job completions.
• Handle paper/envelope stock inventory and transport supplies weighing up to 50 lbs across the mailroom floor.
• Maintain high accuracy and privacy standards while handling sensitive documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a print room, mailroom, or production setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office business applications (Excel, Outlook, PDF).
• Ability to stand and walk for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
