We’re looking for dependable line cooks who takes pride in preparing great food and keeping a clean, organized kitchen. The ideal candidate works well with a team, communicates clearly, and stays focused during busy service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station before and during service.
- Complete food prep, including chopping, portioning, labeling, and storing ingredients.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver accurate orders promptly.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures.
- Monitor ingredient quality and freshness, rotate stock, and minimize waste.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, basic cooking techniques, and safe food handling.
- Ability to follow directions, multitask, and maintain consistent quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Ability to perform kitchen duties, including standing for extended periods and handling supplies, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
