Exciting Opportunity for ER Nurses - 12 Hour Nights!

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic and fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center
- Work in an environment dedicated to high acuity patient care and teamwork
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
- TNCC
- (NRP Preferred)
- Must have recent Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience
- Engage in a robust 12-hour night shift schedule (1900-0700)
- Competitive and supportive work environment with a strong leadership team
- Flexible scheduling to meet department needs, including weekend and holiday requirements
- Float to OBS unit and Freestanding ER as needed
- Comprehensive 1-week onboarding program to prepare for success
- Charting system: EPIC
- Nurse to patient ratios designed for efficient care:
- 1:4 in main zones
- 1:6 in Fast Track
- 1:5 in OBS
- 1:1 in ICU/Trauma
- Enhanced security measures with in-house support 24/7
- Collaborative environment with dedicated Charge Nurse and ancillary support staff
