If you've worked in any customer-facing or patient-facing role and want to build a career in healthcare, we want to hear from you.High School Diploma or GED required1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role, this could include retail, hospitality, call center, medical reception, or any setting where you regularly interacted with the public in person or over the phoneDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once while staying organized and detail-orientedComfortable and confident communicating on the phone, including handling upset or frustrated callers with patience and professionalismBasic computer proficiency: comfortable learning new systems, navigating scheduling software, sending emails, and working in spreadsheetsNo prior medical experience required — we provide comprehensive training including EMR navigation, insurance fundamentals, scheduling workflows, and phone etiquetteCompensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through FridayLocation: 187 East Market Street, Suite 142 Rhinebeck, New York 12572Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
