This role is crucial in facilitating efficient recruitment operations and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) for candidates with hiring managers and interview panels, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations. \* Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses, inputting data, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. \* Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. \* Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests) as needed. \* Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates. \* Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and career sites. \* Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. \* Maintain organized recruitment files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. \* Generate recruitment reports and provide data as requested by the HR team. \* Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency. Job Qualifications\*\* \* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. \* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or Recruitment. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). \* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable. \* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. \* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. \* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \* Strong customer service orientation with a professional and approachable demeanor. \* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. \* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional travel to local recruitment events.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
