We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative support across multiple areas of the company including accounting, project management, field operations, safety, and company coordination activities.

This role serves as a central support resource within the organization and plays an important role in helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations, communication, and overall team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilites

  • Coordinate daily office operations and front-office activities
  • Professionally greet visitors and manage incoming calls and communications
  • Support accounting and project management administrative functions
  • Assist with field operations and safety-related administrative support
  • Coordinate meetings, training events, and company activities
  • Maintain organized records, files, and administrative systems
  • Support internal communication and operational coordination efforts
  • Support a professional, organized, and team-oriented office environment

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in accounting or administrative/business -related education preferred
  • Construction industry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and follow through with minimal oversight
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Previous administrative, office coordination, or support experience preferred
