Construction Litigation Attorney

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney. Responsibilities: Provide counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction-related matters.
